To install, just follow these steps:

Creat a folder on your webserver.
E.g. xmlplayer
Upload all files except the readme.txt to the folder
Upload your desired flv videos and rename to match the PLAYLIST.xml file .flv files
or, edit the PLAYLIST.xml file to suit the name of the videos uploaded
Also edit the urls in PLAYLIST.xml
these links are inserted into the player during playback of each movie.

The first file that will play is called ad.flv
It is advised to leave this file named ad.flv and replace with your own ad.flv file
