PCL to TIFF Console Program

PCLTool SDK Option IV for Capturing & Transforming PCL to TIFF, PCL to EMF, PCL to PNG and PCL to Text. Option IV converts COMPLEX PCL into raster/vector file formats while extracting text. PCLTool SDK – Option IV Includes: PCLXForm, PCLCodes, PCLSplit, ImgCvt, Filter, TNXDump and PCLTool. PCL2TIFF is the only product that converts COMPLEX PCL to TIFF with extracted text.

PCLTool SDK – Option IV is ideal for anyone who need to convert legacy PCL into a TIF, EMF or BMP file formats. Unlike Option V, it does not allow for custom script programming to split or edit the documents while transforming them into TIF, EMF or BMP formats. Option IV can also extract text from virtually any PCL file – even ones with "scrambled" text or rasterized text (with 1-2 hrs. of OCR process). It’s actually PCLXForm using a standard conversion script doing all the work. If you later find the need to customize the transformation process, like add logos, barcodes or OMR marks – you can always upgrade to Option V or Option I – if you find the need to write your own custom .exe.

What makes the PCLTool SDK unique is that it comes directly from top shelf PCL and Imaging experts. Several vendors are offering private labeled products and don’t have our 40 yrs. of combined PCL experience. We can quickly adapt to the constant evolution of PCL or TIF or special requirements in order to deal with problematic or COMPLEX PCL. No matter who’s product you purchase – with PCL transformations – you will probably need some amount of technical support. We encourage prospective clients to pick our brain prior to purchase. We will analyze your requirements and PCL at NO CHARGE prior to sale. At the very least, we recommend that you download/install our SDK and use it’s test files as a way to evaluate any vendor’s PCL Interpreter product.
